This machine is also called Blending Box or Mixing Machine. The main function of this machine is to be able to provide some storage between the blending line and the card to ensure continuous production.
This machine is re-feeding the recycled waste or the side trims which is dropped to the chamber with the help of air condensor placed on the top.
The Blending Box is composed of a storage unit, in the rear side, and of an emptying unit in case of the drop down or the blower fan on the front side. The storage unit has a conveyor belt to transport the fibers to the feeding part. The machine has a heavy-duty spiked lattice, that removes the fibers from conveyor belt, and delivers them on a transverse conveyor, towards a delivery chute.
