The basic raw material is the highly water absorbent fibers such as viscose fibers and some other polyester fibers. These multipurpose needled punched wipes are stronger and long lasting.
We offer you the technology to produce the cleaning cloth with excellent absorbency maximising durability. Unlike the cleaning wipes produced with the hydroentanglement process, the needle punching approach is quite cost-effective option of producing the cleaning cloth. The mechanical bonding of the fibers through the series of high speed needle punching machines makes the fabric with greater tensile strength.

Cleaning wipes are needle punched with the series of needle looms and then calendered. Depending upon the requirement, needle looms are designed with the the strokes, needle density and the speeds. The calender can also be provided with the embossing options.
