SINGLE MACHINE

This product is mainly used in the air conditioning and filter dust system of the textile industry to meet the technical requirements of the dust removal, discharge and negative pressure of the main equipment such as flowers and combing units and airflow spinning machines.

The unit is made up of first stage disc filter and second stage multi-drum dust filter (two level). The first stage consists of a stainless steel wire mesh disc filter, a fiber (cyclone) compactor, a fiber separator fan, a sealed box, and so on. The second stage consists of a scraper type dust collecting box, a dust compactor, a dust collector fan, a multi-drum filter component, a sealed box and a transmission mechanism, etc.

Both of fiber separator fan and dust collector fan motor bases are separately connected with the volute, which is convenient for dismantling and replacing the impeller.
